This Privacy Policy explains how WeWin180 collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal data. Owner and Responsible Party

What we collect
Personal data: name, physical address, telephone number (entered by you or provided to an admin for entry).
Why we process personal data (purposes) and legal bases
- Create offers, quotations, invoices, receipts: performance of contract / legal obligation.
- Communication with technicians (calls/messages): performance of contract / consent.
- Share location/contact with technician teams to arrange site visits: performance of contract / consent.
- Security monitoring and server log review: legitimate interest.
How data is provided and who may enter it
You enter data in the app or give it to an admin who enters it on your behalf. Admins may be employees of any of the legal entity listed in our Imprint.
Who we share data with
- Admins who manage or enter data.
- Technicians (employees or independent contractors) who perform services.
- Messaging service providers (such as LINE or WhatsApp) and hosting providers required to operate the app.
Storage and international transfers
Servers are hosted in Singapore; messaging may transit through third‑party services in other countries. Transfers outside the EU/EEA (e.g., Thailand, Singapore) may occur; appropriate safeguards will be applied where required by law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to servers and stored data is restricted; server logs may be used for security monitoring. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
Data is retained only as needed to provide services, meet legal/accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. Specific retention periods (e.g., accounting records) are applied as required.
Your rights and deletion
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing, and withdraw consent, by contacting the owner (see Contact) or using the Account Deletion Form. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification and any legal retention obligations.
Children
The app targets homeowners and professionals, and is not intended for children. If we learn personal data of a minor was collected unlawfully, we will delete it.
Automated decision-making
No automated decision‑making or profiling is used.
Cookies and tracking
The application does not use cookies or tracking technologies.
Changes to this policy
WeWin180 may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent version.
